Can you fix it today?

We know your time is valuable, for majority of maintenance repairs, as long as parts are in stock and we have an open bay we will get you out on the road the same day. You would be surprised by our timely matter. We do take on larger projects as well.

Do we tow?

We do not have our own towing truck. However we work with local towing businesses all the time and they are aware of where to leave vehicles at our shop. One business we work with the most is Walsh's Towing & Recovery, they offer 24 hour towing and can be reached at (262)334-4144.

Do you provide warranties if I choose your service?

Yes! At Quality Car Care it is our mission to provide an affordable service. So if we can save you some money by using warranties you bet we will get it done! We offer 1 year warranty on all parts and labor, for any repairs done at our shop. If you come in and are unaware if your parts may be under warranty, we will check for you!

Can I drop my vehicle off overnight?

Yes! You absolutely can drop your vehicle overnight, without even having to talk to someone. We have a key drop box on the front where you can securely leave your vehicle keys. Just leave a message with a call back number and your vehicle make, or you can schedule an appointment online. Friendly reminder to make sure you have all other necessary keys taken off your vehicle key chain BEFORE you drop the keys in the drop box.
